Suits

In modern world we prefer to dress up in comfortable but still stylish clothes. In this case we can't find anything better than a pantsuit. Women's pantsuits belong to the Dandy style, which distinctive features are simple shapes and straight lines. Pantsuits in the women's wardrobe first appeared in the beginning of the 20th century. Such famous designers as Coco Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent are considered the trendsetters for pantsuits. Coco Chanel was the first one who made simplicity and elegance fashionable. A bit later in 1966 Yves Saint Laurent presented his famous collection “Rive Gauche” with top models in tuxedos walking down the catwalk. It was the moment of glory for women's pantsuit. Since that time it has been one of the most favorite items of women's clothes.

We can divide pantsuits into several groups: business suits, evening suits and stylish ones. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles and types. Jackets can be single-breasted or double-breasted, with long sleeves or three-quarter sleeves, long or to mid-thigh. Pants can be straight, narrowed, flares or even shortened. As we already know business suits have been worn since the 1960-s, while stylish pantsuit is a brand new trend. Its main difference is the colour. You will never see such pantsuit in black, grey or blue but in purple, pink, burgundy or terracotta. Next attractive difference is print. Today check print is the most popular one. Don't forget that choosing the stylish pantsuit you're choosing the image: classic, casual or smart casual. Pay attention that footwear and accessories play great role when we speak about stylish pantsuit. Put on a pair of high heels with classic suit and flat shoes with casual or smart casual.

Business suits can be of two types: jacket and pants or jacket, vest and pants. They are always done in classic colours of black, grey, dark blue or beige with a hardly visible print, such as thin stripes. Business pantsuit goes with shirts. Evening pant suit looks very effectively due to different velvet prints or embroidery. They usually feature long jackets and straight pants and are worn only with high heels.

Women's suits with skirts are not less popular and this season lots of designers offer to make an experiment combining a short jacket and long pencil skirt. But you should keep in mind that the base of any suit is perfect tailoring, so be careful and pay attention to the fabrics quality. The fabric must contain natural fibers as well as synthetic ones. The more natural fibers the nicer suit is for skin, it allows you skin to breathe. While synthetic fibers make your suit resistant to wrinkling.

So it's a big mistake to think that pant suit makes women rough and tough, on contrary its clear lines only highlight feminine and elegance.
